Unilyzer Social Media Software provides a social media performance management platform. Managers need insight, guidance, and progress reporting in order to keep the plan on course. The Unilyzer system provides dashboards, reports, charts, listening, and other tracking. Combined, these capabilities point strengths and weaknesses in campaign metrics and enable managers to maintain momentum. Let’s take a look at some of the Unilyzer components below:
BIG_3 DASHBOARD template
This template allows the user to see key channel and traffic metrics from Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. It enables the user to quickly see where momentum is being gained or lost for each channel and metric. At a glance, the red arrows indicate a loss of momentum and the green arrows indicate a gain in momentum. Momentum indicators (red / green arrows) are given for each metric. The campaign manager quickly sees the strong and week points, and can then make appropriate adjustment to campaign tactics. In the example immediate below, we see that visits and stickyness from Facebook are losing momentum, which could indicate any of the following:
- Recent content placed on Facebook Fan Page does not resonate like previous content (could be a photo, wall post, video, or other content).
- A change in content distribution frequency has caused this change.
- Link to website is broken, user getting 404 error.
- More time was spent on Twitter and less on Facebook.
Many things could have caused these metrics to lose momentum. But, presenting these items to the management team, provides awareness and enables the team to make the needed adjustments.
