Unilyzer provides a suite of management reports for social media managers. One of it’s latest releases (released March 30, 2011) is this Facebook Insights Report which currently monitors 16 key fan page metrics. This report provides an at-a-glance historical view of key performance indicators.
This Facebook Insights Report by Unilyzer automatically updates, and can be used to monitor multiple fan pages. Unilyzer subscribers can access the report by going to MENU > REPORTS>.
The metrics provided on this report today include:
- Active Users – average number of active users for the period.
- Comments – sum of comments made on fan page during the period.
- Discussions – sum of discussions on fan page during the period.
- Fans – average number of fans during the period.
- Fans- - average number of fans lost during the period.
- Female Users – average number of active female users during the period.
- Like- - sum of unlikes during the period.
- Male Users – average number of active male users during the period.
- New Fans – sum of new fans gained during the period.
- New Likes – sum of new likes gained during the period.
- Page Likes – sum of page likes gained during the period.
- Page Views – sum of page views during the period.
- Photos – number of photo views during the period.
- Reach – average number of locales held during the period.
- UPV’s – number of unique page views during the period.
- Wall Posts – number of wall posts made during the period.
